World Cup Rowing III: Munich

14/06/2012

Team GB have announced their 48-man Olympic rowing team, ahead of the final Rowing World Cup III in Munich on Sunday  – the last chance for crews to race each other before London 2012.

"I think Munich is going to be really tough," said Team GB’s Frances Houghton, ahead of Sunday’s races.

"In Lucerne, at the last World Cup, the world record went and not even by the fastest crew in the event.

"The competition is very strong, but we really believe in each other and we will tackle that challenge each and every day to do the best we can."
