James' Olympic Torch Experience
24/07/2012
"All sorted," tweeted James, as he donned his white tracksuit. "Olympic torch, nice clean kit, little helper...wanted to be 007 not 001 but can't have everything..."
Setting off from Hook Community Centre at about 8:30am, James was the first runner of the day - carrying the Olympic Flame through the streets of Kingston.
"Kingston is a special place, went to school & learned to row there. Said I was free on Friday night but they're sorted for that slot!"
After completing his journey, James tweeted: "Man what an experience, every Olympic skeptic should come & experience crowds & atmosphere Games will be amazing for UK. Thank you Kingston"
Many of you sent in pictures of James as he ran his leg of the journey, you can view them in his Olympic Torch Gallery.
