I had a head a head injury the same ,going to work on the 28/5/2010 it always will be inbedded in my head that date,i watched his documentary across Ameria an it brought tears to my eyes,it brought it all back,but i go to work on bike an gym every day now,James , uve been an inspiration,thanks, enjoy every day. Very inspiring to hear James Cracknell on Absolute Radio this morning with Christian O'Connell. I'll be catching up with his trilogy now. I have really enjoyed his other programmes with Ben Fogle. I had no idea his accident was so bad!Peter Lowe
